1.     Warranty Coverage 1.1. We offer a 30 days parts replacement  warranty on all eligible products unless stated otherwise. 1.2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, accidents, negligence, or natural disasters. 1.4. 2.     Warranty Claim Process 2.1. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team within the warranty period. 2.2. You may be required to provide proof of purchase, product serial number, and details of the issue. 2.3. 5.     Limitation of Liability 5.1. In no event shall Atvindia, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 5.2. Our liability for any claim related to the product, whether in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, is limited to the purchase price of the product.

6.     Modifications to the Warranty Policy 6.1. We reserve the right to modify or update this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. 6.2. It is your responsibility to review the Warranty Policy periodically for any changes or updates.
